Tele2 Group Advisory Services

Tele2 Group Advisory Services is a corporate function consisting of 3 professionals supporting our President and CEOin strategic projects. We work broadly and cross-functionally in all the group's business areas and geographies. Examples of projects that we carry out are strategic development of subsidiaries, turnarounds, post merger integrations, product portfolio analyses, cost- and capital efficiency improvements, organisation design, interim assignments (e.g. CEO/CFO insubsidiaries) and corporate governance.

Responsibilities and duties       
As Advisor Tele2 Group you will be responsible for carrying out change- and improvement projects independently in the whole footprint. This may lead to some traveling as Tele2 is present in 11 countries. Sometimes you will lead or participate in large project teams and sometimes you will run one-man assignments. As the project types vary a lot the requirements on you as an individual are very high - both in terms of competence and personal skills. You will report to Johan Kyllerman, Director of Group Advisory Services, who in his turn reports to the President and CEO Mats Granryd.

You will be:

• responsible for leading projects from start to finish, delivering on deadlines with right quality and results in line with or above the expectations of the project sponsor.
• responsible for organizing and leading projects in an efficient way.
• responsible for documenting and presentinganalyses, conclusions and recommendations in a proper and pedagogical way.
• expected to enthuse, motivate and engageyour project members.

Competence and experience

• M.Sc. in Engineering and/or in Business Administration with outstanding academic records.
• 3-5 years of work life experience from intensive project work with excellent grades, preferably as management consultant at one of the top consultancies.
• International experience from university and/or work.
• Strong skills in written communication(English). Fluent level in Swedish and/or in Russian is meriting.
