Alliance Manager ATEA
Microsoft Denmark is looking to hire a Alliance Manager to support our partner, ATEA, for all ATEA countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland)
This role has the overall project management and coordination responsibility for creating an all up European Partner
Business Plan and other defined ATEA/MS projects working closely with various local ATEA account management teams, all
local MS Partner Sales Leads, Partner Account Managers as well as the Corporate Account organization. The person should
be based in Denmark, Copenhagen.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Drive the solution teams on an effective partner business plan (PBP) creation. Consolidate all local business planning to a European ATEA partner business plan to align partner and Microsoft sales goals with effective marketing and readiness plans.
- Document clearly the partner’s solution capabilities and a plan to help the partner grow their Microsoft business with measurable Microsoft and partner deliverables.
- Drive the solution teams on an effective Partner Solution Plan (PSP) per Microsoft solution area of focus to set measurable goals to grow the solution/practice.
- Focus on planning the partner’s practice and solutions development
- Document for partners key readiness training and enablement related to selling and delivering Microsoft solutions, coordinated with the Partner Technical Advisor and Microsoft Partner Skills Development Manager
- Setup and drive productive Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholder from all subs to update PSP goals and
objectives. - Pipeline Management and Consolidate country solution pipeline on a monthly base
- Marketing Planning, Budgeting, and Execution; quarterly ATEA EMEA marketing plan (budgeting, allocation and
management) - Partner campaigns with regular project evaluation. Win7 deployment
- Make sure that all Readiness and Product training materials are available to the team - and attend meetings, trainings, conference calls
- Monitor partner conditions of satisfaction attainment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven success in channel/partner sales, marketing and/or sales management is required.
- Strong business planning skills
- Teamwork and communication skills are critical to all hierarchical levels in a business, executive management, sales and marketing.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the Sales Process components that include Product and Services Strategies, Channel/Partner Relationship, General Licensing, Third Party Offerings and Competitive Landscapes
- The ideal candidate should also have strong industry, channel, and competitive knowledge including market trends and best practices, understanding of Microsoft's business, product, and technical strategies, and proven cross-group project leadership skills.
- Consistently displays excellent organizational, communication, project management, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Having immediate group impact including the ability to work independently and resolve complex problems effectively and without escalation is a must.
- MS know how (Organization, Licensing Policy, Processes) desirable

You will be based in our office in Hellerup, with offsite activities - mainly in the greater Copenhagen area.
