Job content
Your main focus will be to:

• Deliver solutions to meet business requirements with use of database and integration knowledge, application configuration and standard set-up.
• Analysis of business needs.
• Bullet slettet
• Provide counseling to business and IT colleagues regarding application configuration options and standardized solutions based on deep application insight.
• Estimate delivery effort based on requirements.
• Design, build, test and implement enhancements as well as deployment and handover of solutions.
• Design and test of any custom-built enhancements in cooperation with the relevant developer(s).
• Provide maintenance of existing solutions.

Your profile
You may hold a relevant master or bachelor degree. Your IT background is within MS Dynamics CRM, and you have technical understanding and workflow and process insights. You feel comfortable in interacting with stakeholders from different levels and parts of the organization.

Furthermore you have experience with:

• Architecture design and development, Database and server database maintenance (SQL/Script)
• Integration design and operation (SQL/Scribe/Java)
• Network and hardware interrelations
• Installation, setup, support and client maintenance
• Data analysis & preparation

Knowledge of .net programming, webservices, sharepoint, or other integrations to CRM is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Ideally, you have at least 3 years experience in a similar role from a global enterprise or from a consultant company. You have a strong business focus and process understanding. You have good communication skills and understand the relationship between business, technology and people. You work effortlessly in English.
