What we need from you:

• You take pride in your code, and will accept nothing but the best from yourself and your work. Our goal is to attract the top 10% of coding talent. Your code should be easy to read, easy to document, and easy to maintain.
• You are strong in object-oriented development and algorithms, and familiar with Saas, database systems, data mining and Web 2.0.
• You're ready to work as part of a team of 3 to 7 energetic, driven equals - not as a lone wolf.
• You're open to learning from us, as well as teaching us what you know. 

We are also open to developers with young families - our teams are able to create excellent code during normal working hours.
