Department
The SAP Authorization Team consists of 10 employees. After roll out of SAP GRC a position as business consultant is now open. We need a person to cover this area in the SAP Authorization department and to have the necessary connection/working relationship with Vestas´ Financial Compliance department to ensure that we will continue to be EUROSOX Compliant in our SAP installation at Vestas.

Responsibilities and Tasks
A position as business consultant is now open. We need a person to cover this area in the SAP Authorization department and to have the necessary connection/working relationship with HR (People & Culture) and Group Finance & Operations - Compliance department to ensure that we will continue to be EUROSOX Compliant in our SAP installation at Vestas

The overall aspect of the position is to develop the SAP authorization requirements for all SAP users in accordance with the Vestas IT security policies and the business requirements.

• Find the best solution for the HR SAP Authorizations together with the Solution Owner for Authorizations
• Take part in the implementation of an Identity Management system
• Develop SAP/GRC Components:
           - Compliant User Provisioning Workflows
           - Risk Analysis & Remediation
           - Super User Privilege Management
           - Enterprise Role Management
           - Take part in projects where SAP access are needed
  - Create SAP roles according to business requirements

Your primary interfaces in the job are internal and will typically be:
Service Strategy & Innovation, Service Development, Service Delivery, IT Security, Financial Compliance, Process Excellence, Business Intelligence BI Team

Qualifications and Work Experience
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP Authorizations
• experience from implementation projects is an advantage
• familiarity with different SAP modules and platforms e.g. ERP, BI, CRM, Portal, GRC, Solution Manager, XI
• preferably knowledge of SAP GRC or Finance

Needed Education/ Knowledge:

• SAP Authorizations course (SAP ADM940)
• Basic BI knowledge

The requisite qualifications/Education:
One or more of the following courses will be an advantage

• SAP Authorizations course SAP HR940, SAP ADM960
• SAP Authorizations GRC course (GRC 200 and 220)
• SAP Authorizations GRC course (GRC 300 and 310)
• SAP Authorizations BI course (BW 365)

If you don´t have these courses today we will provide these over time and a possible certification in one or more modules are possible.

Furthermore you´re fluent in English as we often use English in our internal communication.

Additional Information
Primary work location is Randers, Denmark. But you must expect 20-40 days of travel activity each year due to the international projects that we take part in.
