Join our department and become our new Engineering Manager in the department Offshore Design.
Together with 25 experienced colleagues in the department, you will be part of a competence centre responsible for development and construction of foundations for offshore wind turbines for the rapidly growing offshore pipeline.

We are one of the leading energy companies in Europe with more than 30 years of experience within the fields of developing, constructing and operating offshore wind farms, and up to 20 per cent of our power is produced from renewable resources. We are also one of the leading developers of offshore wind projects in the United Kingdom.
You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or at our office in Gentofte.
You should expect a number of travels in Denmark and to our sites in Northern Europe, including the United Kingdom and Germany. You should also be prepared to work periodically on our onshore and offshore construction sites.
Areas of responsibility
You will be part of a multi-discipline engineering team performing structural design of complex foundation structures for our offshore wind turbines, from feasibility and concept studies to detail design and follow-up.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the structural design, layout and interfaces to the turbine and the electrical design, and you will coordinate work between multi-functional teams working with the projects.
Furthermore, your key duties will be to:
- prepare turbine foundation design basis for the detailed design
- prepare technical requirements as part of tender and contract documents for foundation fabrication
- ensure state-of-the-art design of turbine foundations with continuous focus on technology development
- facilitate cooperation with third-party certifying agencies to obtain statement of compliance on structural integrity
- inform project management of all significant technical issues, particularly risks, and develop contingency plans.
Your profile
You will have a degree in structural engineering supplemented with experience with offshore engineering.
It will be beneficial if you can draw on experience with project management.
