ERP Business Consultant (Lawson M3)

To Group IT at Brødrene Hartmann A/S

The position
Your job is to implement ERP (Lawson M3) business projects within Sales and Logistics in the entire Hartmann organization and to a certain degree work with service, support and training. Proactively contribute through project participation and/or project management towards best practices in the entire IT function. Work with other projects and tasks not related to Sales and Logistics.

You will be part of the ERP team counting seven emploees and work closely with other IT and business professionals. Lawson M3, formerly Movex, has been used as ERP system for many years and the installation is one of the largest based in Denmark with more than 250 users.

Your main tasks are:

• Responding to business needs within Sales and Logistics and with a holistic view to connected business areas like Finance
• Scoping and describing projects and tasks in close cooperation with the stakeholders
• Implementing the desired projects and tasks, including documentation, start up and user training
• Define common processes („How good looks like")
• Participate proactively in creating a good working relationship in the ERP team and entire IT function.

Qualifications & Work Experience
You hold a degree from a university or from a college in production engineering, business administration, information technology or equivalent. You could also have acquired an equivalent knowledge and experience by serving in one or more companies.

You have some years of work experience from a consulting, manufacturing or trading company where you have acquired a good knowledge of business processes especially within production, logistics and sales and where you have worked extensively with Lawson M3 or a similar ERP system.

You may have worked also with projects, business cases, scoping or stakeholder analysis, either as a project participant or as a project leader.

You have worked extensively with English speaking and writing or you have otherwise acquired fluent English skills.
