Experienced Dynamics AX Consultants for pre-sales and/or implementation

Right now we are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultants to our Process & Information Management unit. You will be offered a challenging position with good opportunities for both personal and professional growth together with top professional colleagues in an informal setting.

Within Process & Information Management (P&IM) we combine specialized industry and business process expertise with deep technology skills to streamline, integrate and manage business processes, systems and information. From design to implementation, our end-to-end services help our clients achieve operational excellence by improving analytics-based decision making, financial management, customer service excellence, supply chain management, human resource management.

As a Dynamics AX consultant you will be part of a new team, which together with our daughter company, Avanade, will be selling and implementing Dynamics AX solutions for our clients. Accenture is focusing on enterprise segment implementations with 500+ users typically based on a template approach. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take part of shaping the new team and the shared operating model with Avanade.

Key responsibilities may include:
Function as solution architect during pre-sales. As a solution architect, you should be able to:

• Understand and interpret customer requirements and shape an innovative and solid solution, which to the greatest extent uses standard AX functionality
• Plan and source the proposed implementation
• Put together the necessary pre-sales material often on a tight deadline
• Follow internal approval and review processes
• Present suggested solution, plan and staffing during sales meetings

Function as delivery architect during implementation projects - from analysis to deployment. As a delivery architect, you should be able to:

• Ensure the overall integrity of the solution
• Ensure that all functional areas are adequately integrated
• Keep focus on the larger and long term picture, but have the ability to deep dive into problem areas as the need arises
• Able to delegate work to others rather than do it yourself
• Challenge the customer on functionality and find creative ways of using standard AX functionality rather than customization

Sparring partner i.e. advice customers in optimal use of Dynamics AX:

• Drive process analysis, -design and system configuration
• Identify and ensure implementation of modifications to standard solution according to customer needs
• Cooperate with Accenture delivery centres regarding off-shore project delivery

Qualifications

• You are an outgoing and positive person that possesses a high level of "showmanship" - you are comfortable presenting to large audiences, C-level executives and able to get your message across by adjusting it to the target audiences level
• You have 4+ years of experience within Dynamics AX - and preferable experience as a solution architect/delivery architect
• Preferably AX2012 TAP experience
• Experience with global AX implementations (template with multi-country deployment)
• Deep understanding of all main modules in AX
• Experience with Microsoft SureStep or other similar methodology
• Skilled within business process optimization / lean principles
• Ability to work creatively and analytically with complex business and IT issues
• Proven success in contributing to a team- and project oriented environment

Language:
You are fluent in English as well as in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
