We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Head of Department for the Tower Foundation department within our Engineering organization in Brande, Denmark. The department is responsible for the development of our future wind turbine tower foundation solutions.

Work Assignments
As Head of the Tower Foundation department your overall responsibility will be the further development of the department and the day-to-day management of the four sub-departmental teams.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will cover:

• Being strategically involved in the development of our future wind turbine tower foundation technologies
• Ensuring that the required resources and competences are available in the teams, including setting strategic team targets and following up on team KPIs
• Coaching and motivating your teams

Your Profile
You have a strong engineering background, e.g. within Mechanical Engineering, and extensive people management experience. In addition, you have a thorough knowledge of concrete and steel structures and of soil mechanics, ideally from a contracting company.

As a person you have the drive to continuously create results and innovative solutions as well as motivate your teams to perform successfully. You have a strategic mindset combined with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Furthermore, you are a skilled communicator thriving in a complex and multicultural environment with many interfaces, and you possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
