Job profile
As part of a team in one of the Global IT functions, IT Governance, which is located in ECCO Headquarter (Bredebro) you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and driving the global supplier sourcing strategy
• Ongoing supplier relationship management such as half yearly meetings
• Negotiations with suppliers
• Maintenance and establishment of contracts with all suppliers
• The direct link to ECCO’s corporate legal department
• Doing KPI reporting on sourcing and supplier performance
• Training and supporting IT managers in running the sourcing processes
• Engaging in deployment of the sourcing and supplier management tools and initiatives

Qualifications and Work Experience
The position requires that you have good business understanding and a strong ability to transfer knowledge into business value. You have a drive for working with a broad variety of IT tasks ranging from strategic, tactical and operational levels. Ideally you have:

• a successful track record of contract management preferable in IT of 4+ years
• very strong negotiation and networking skills
• used to doing KPI reporting
• knowledge about ITIL processes

As a person you are open, flexible and prepared to work in an organization with a rapidly changing environment. Ideally you are familiar with sourcing and supplier relation management as well as have knowledge about legal aspects of contract management. Furthermore, you have a global mindset and excellent communication skills across different levels within the organization and in regards to business partners. You have solid English skills – both written and spoken. You are result orientated and quality conscious in your daily work and your approach is proactive, assertive and enthusiastic.

Limited travel days are to be expected.
