You will have extensive leadership experience from a job where you have had staff responsibility. Additionally, you will have thorough experience with project management and be able to draw on experience, knowledge and competences equivalent to IPMA, level B, or PMI PMP.

As we are an international company and cooperate closely with our colleagues abroad, it is essential that you have strong communication skills and speak and write English fluently.

You will have a strong personal drive and are able to create consensus on a common objective. Additionally, you can motivate and coach a group of skilled employees influencing them to act positively and take responsibility for their task performance.
