Navision Application Supporter
We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated Navision Application Supporters to join a strong team in a well established company.
This is a company with technical challenges for the right candidate looking for a challenge. We are looking for dedicated Navision application supporters who can be proactive and seek solutions to problems before they arise.
This is a role where you will support internal customers.
The job
Your main responsibilities will be to handle support requests from Super users, end users and 1st level IT support within the company. Part of this support function involves creating written documentations (Instructions, FAQ's etc) and it is expected that you proactively raise ideas for improvements of systems and procedures.
You will be analyzing and describing more complex issues and work closely with consultants and developers in finding durable solutions to changes in existing functions and/or bugs.
You will act as 1st and 2nd level Navision support for primarily European countries.
Skills Required
- At least 3 years experiences from similar position working with Navision
- Knowledge of Standard Navision solutions (Financials, Attain, Dynamics Nav)
- Development skills (debugging)
- Supporting skills from previous positions
- Fluent in English both orally and written
- Excel pivot knowledge
- Experience with SQL and Native databases
