NNIT is in the process of establishing a brand new resource management function in our IT Consultancy service division.
This is your opportunity to drive the process in close col-laboration with our Resource Director.
The purpose of the new function is to ensure high resource utilisation in NNIT. You must be able to combine short term resource allocation with long term demand plans. And you should thrive on following our pipeline closely in order to understand how it affects our training and recruitment needs.

Dedicated to creating happy customers
You have an outgoing personality and are ready to build and manage relationships at all organisational levels - i.e. vice presidents, account managers, managers in line of busi-ness, HR and employees. This involves building a solid understanding of NNIT's IT Con-sultancy services and the people working here. You have the knowledge to assist in de-fining an optimal competency and onshore/offshore mix, which ensures a resource plan that supports the tasks you allocate resources for.

As the job is so closely related to optimising the resource utilisation in NNIT, it requires flair and a mind for details as well as solid experience with resource scheduling tools and reporting as well as tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint. It will also be an important part of your work to continuously improve tools and reporting methods.
Qualifications
It is an advantage, if you have worked in a resource planning function in a large multi-function business, and have experience with force management tools. Alternatively you have +3 years' of experience as IT project manager or team lead giving you experience with resource planning. You speak and write Danish and English fluently.
