SAP Business Warehouse Consultant

GEA Process Engineering is looking for a Business Warehouse Consultant for a  new global implementation, with a base in Denmark.

We are facing an exciting  challenge to implement a whole new SAP solution covering most business processes  in approx. 50 companies all over the world, e.g. UK, Germany, USA, India, China and Australia. Along with the SAP ERP solution a new BI/BW system will be  implemented for Management Reporting.

The project will be driven by GEA Process Engineering and based in Søborg,  Copenhagen. The project team will be a part of the Corporate Business  Development department, which is tasked with developing and harmonising business  processes based on the business needs of the companies. The global  implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 and BW will be carried out by internal GEA SAP  consultants in collaboration with external SAP partners.

Job Description

• Analyse the business reporting requirements on local and global group level,
  and design the setup in Business Warehouse
• Build data models in Business Warehouse
• Transfer data from SAP to Business Warehouse
• Building queries in Business Warehouse
• Communicate and cooperate with business process consultants, key business stakeholders, IT developers and external consultants
• Travel time will be a part of the job
• SAP Implementation insight and 5-10 years of working experience with Business Warehouse configuration
• Relevant higher education
• Adept at communicating and presenting in English
• Deep knowledge of best practise possibilities within Business Warehouse
• Strong technical skills
• Personal motivation in using experiences in Business Warehouse to improve and streamline reporting
• In possession of social and cultural understanding and clout to drive projects forward in cooperation with IT developers, external consultants and liaisons in the business departments
• Proactive and responsible

Qualifications

• SAP Implementation insight and 5-10 years of working experience with Business Warehouse configuration
• Relevant higher education
• Adept at communicating and presenting in English
