Right now we are looking for a SAP CRM Specialist to our Services workforce in Hørsholm.

Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on Accenture outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our client move ahead of the competition. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

As a SAP CRM Specialist you will be part of the SAP CRM team. The team is responsible for interacting with and supporting key stakeholders for sales and marketing processes within our customers.Qu

Key responsibilities may include:

• System owner from on-shore support
• Coordination of support Resources
• Technical and cross-functional template control
• Technical evaluation of minor enhancements and change requests
• Escalation support
• Collaboration with customer on best processes for SAP CRM

Qualifications

• Highly experienced in SAP CRM specifically within opportunity management and marketing
• Highly experienced in SAP CRM best practices and template management
• Experience with SAP CRM integration to other systems e.g. Notes
• Knowledge of SAP CRM middleware, CIC and other relevant areas will be an advantage
• You have a technical education within IT (BSc/MSc) and/ or relevant certifications
• Experience with working with off-shore teams for support
• You have good technical skills with knowledge about relevant network and infrastructure technologies
• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience for example as a technical consultant/designer
• SAP product management experience
• Desire to work in an application maintenance and support environment

• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
• You have good people and leadership skills
• You have the ability to follow up and monitor team performance and deliverables from start to end
• You have a strong overview and can manage client interaction including driving ideas for improvements etc.
• You are structured and have the ability assure quality in support and minor enhancements being executed both in Denmark as well as in India
• You are able to work independently on tasks as well as in teams
• You are able to keep focus in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment

Language:

• You speak and write English fluently
