SAP HCM Application Managers - Maersk Line, Copenhagen, Denmark Are you looking for an opportunity to make the most of your IT skills? At Corporate Service Centre IT we are on the lookout for 2 skilled IT professionals specialised within SAP HCM. You will join a department of colleagues dedicated to providing top of class IT solutions and services to our internal customers on time. Your new work location is at our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Roll out SAP HCM and establish support organisation
As part of the HR Application Management team you will have 6 new colleagues, including Application Managers, Project Managers and Business Consultants. Together you will ensure that the right resources are allocated to various concurrent projects to meet the deliverables on time. Initially, you will be occupied with the implementation of SAP HCM across the A.P. Moller Maersk Group. This will also involve the roll-out of PA/OM, eRecruit, Performance Management and Compensation. In this relation, you contribute to the establishing of an organisation that can take over support and application management upon roll-out at each site. To this end, you also work with colleagues in our Service Centre in India who provide various types of support to our applications.

Super user with business sense and stakeholder management skills
You have acquired solid skills within SAP HCM at advanced level and have covered more than 5 years' in an international company. Preferably, you are familiar with PA/OM, Payroll, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, eRecruit and/or SAP Portals. To achieve success, you must be able to establish good relations to your colleagues and your partners in business. You have a good understanding of business processes and a structured approach to your task enabling you document the important steps. You are used to working in a changing environment, and you have a strong personal drive and extrovert attitude. You excel at delivering on your objectives even when the pressure is high. Moreover, you have a flexible mindset and keep up your good spirits although you are being challenged. Lastly, you are proficient in written and spoken Danish and English.
