Define the direction of our audio features
Your main focus will be to define the direction of Unity's audio features, as well as implementing new state of the art audio features in the Unity engine. This also means that you will be maintaining and improving our integration with the FMOD runtime, just as you are in charge of optimizing and streamlining workflows across multiple platforms.

As the Audio Programmer position is based in the core development team in Denmark, you can expect a moderate amount of traveling to keep communication flowing.

AAA game or technology development experience
You have 2+ years of AAA game or technology development experience and excellent knowledge of audio signal processing. In addition, you have strong C/C++ programming skills and extensive knowledge of multicore/SPU development. If you should also happen to be experienced in FMOD, low-level programming (assembler, SIMD etc.), Xbox360/PS3, Mobile (iOS/Android), C#/.NET or if you are particularly interested in creating smooth workflows for Audio Designer this will be an advantage. However, being ambitious about what you do is an absolute must, just as equal amounts of systematic work methods and creativity are a prerequisite for success. Finally, you need to be able to speak English as Unity is distributed over a number of offices with the main development locations in Europe.
