Position Description
This role will involve research as well as development and maintenance of the new Administration and Configuration environments for OpenText CCM (formerly StreamServe). These applications provide the backbone for our high performance, scalable and fault tolerant solutions for over 5500 customers.

Your activities will include design, development and maintenance of the current configuration and administration tools as well as development of API's and web services for the frontend applications and third party integration.

OpenText uses agile processes based on SCRUM. You will be joining an engineering team distributed across three locations in Europe.

Position Requirements
You should have strong C++ development experience with at least 12 months .NET development. Your experience should include several of:

• Microsoft Visual Studio C++ and C# (VS2010).
• win32, COM, MFC, STL, Boost
• C#.Net
• WPF
• POSIX
• Stingray
• Web Services.
• Component/service based architecture e.g. SCA.
• Design Patterns

Desirable skills:

• Unix or Linux knowledge
• Source control systems
• Debugging techniques
• Windbg
• Windows crash dump debugging/symbol management etc.
• MS SQL Server 2005/2008 or Oracle 11
• XML/XML SCHEMAS
