Senior Software Architect

Unwire is looking for technical strong Senior Architects who can keep the big picture in the development of our core Platforms and Products: Mobile Payment, Mobile Messaging, Mobile Ticketing and Mobile Voucher/Couponing. We create platforms and products for mobile commerce and payments and have, for more than a decade, specialized in the development and delivery of mobile business solutions.

Your main task will be to ensure that Unwire platforms architecture-, feature- and quality-wise develops according to Unwire strategy. You will be responsible for the platform architecture and will have a very active role in designing and implementing the platforms in close collaboration with the developers in our platform teams.

The role as Platform Architect embodies a very active dialog and constructive discussion with Product Management, Sales, Customers and Business partners.

Your background

• Documented solid experience and great results within design and implementation of large Java solutions.
• Solid knowledge of architectural principles and frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and design skills and thrive with finding solutions to challenging businesses and technical problems.
• Experience with development of payment systems, high-load solutions or highly scalable solutions.
• Experience with Scrum and Continuous Delivery are an advantage.
• Interest in technology and Mobile
• Relevant educational background within Software Engineering/Computer Science.
