We are looking for a Team Lead for the Marine Mechanics & Installation department within our rapidly growing Offshore Project Engineering organization. You will be based at our new offshore competency center in Vejle, Denmark.

Work Assignments
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development and training of the Project Engineering team within Marine Mechanics & Installation, and you will collaborate closely with our global engineering organization.

More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:

• Providing technical support in the tender negotiation and execution phases
• Implementing the offshore engineering strategy within Marine Mechanics & Installation
• Designing lifting equipment, sea fastening and other handling equipment/heavy gear
• Securing safety and documenting delivered solutions
• Sparring with customers and colleagues on specific technical solutions

Your Profile
You have a relevant technical background at minimum Bachelor's level combined with experience in leading highly skilled professionals. In addition, you have a general understanding of company processes.

As a person you have the drive to create results and motivate your team to perform successfully. You possess strong decision-making skills and have the ability to communicate at all organizational levels in a multicultural environment. In addition, you possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
