Technical Writer to SafeCom a/s

SafeCom a/s with main office in Ballerup, Denmark, is a rapidly expanding IT company that offers solutions to print, copy, e-mail, fax and scanning all over the world. Right now we are looking for a Technical Writer. The position is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

Within our Product Account Team of 6 people, we are looking for an experienced technical writer to be responsible for the following areas:

Main tasks

• Write and update technical manuals
• Create end-user material
• Maintain the available documentation on intranet
• Review and edit marketing material
• Support the development of training courses and certification exams
• Review and edit knowledge base articles
• Experience with DynamicWeb or similiar Content Management System is an advantage

General qualifications

• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Skilled in MS Office

• Ability to multitask and set priorities
• Well structured and methodical
• Self-motivated
• Able to work both alone and in groups
• Open and communicative
• Interested in technology
