As a trusted digital partner for some seriously big ticket clients, we get to work on tons of exciting digital projects. And it’s across the board. Be it next-generation unifying intranets, multi-channel commerce, global e-communication platforms, and mobile stuff too, of course! What do you say? Does that match your wettest of dreams?

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Your CV screams WEB! You have probably worked your way around loads of digital projects and perhaps crossed over from frontend to backend?
• Yet, you’re not a one note band. You’ve developed web applications for some time and have experience with a variety of Internet-based technologies.
• You love IT, but you’re not afraid to talk business with businesspeople – basically meaning that you know how to talk about what you do in terms everyone can understand and you can define a problem and its solution in 10 words or less.
• You’re a bit of a digital nerd. We work at the forefront of the digital marketing space. Our clients expect us to inspire them, so you need to come up with prolific ideas based on the latest cool stuff.
• People would leave their kids with you. That’s how trustworthy you are. Strangers approach you in the street and ask you to hold their wallets. You’re that confidence-inspiring. And that comes in handy, because, when you work with us, you won’t have anyone checking your timecards or looking over your shoulder, but when it comes time to put up, we need you to wow us, and our clients. 
• You’re opinionated, but you know when to listen to others’ opinions too.
• “Semper Gumby” is your motto. You’re comfortable shifting workplaces, customers and assignments – whatever it takes to come up with great work.
• You’d rather sell your computer than miss a deadline. That’s how seriously you take them.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• You’ll work in a cross-disciplinary team developing projects and giving advice on which tools, methodology and models that should be used for each project and ensuring a high-quality final product.
• You’ll spend your day developing on content management systems (EPiServer, Sitecore or the like), commerce platforms as well as applications in C# and ASP.NET.
• You’ll design and model IT solutions.
• You’ll develop system descriptions and requirements. 
• Your projects will require you to interact with the entire organisation, including the creative team and engagement (account) managers.
