I have had several high profile positions in software development and product creation. I have proven success records on leading software architectural design, coaching and empowering the supplier teams for implementation, collaborating with mega-Operators and partners, and executing cross-organizational projects in different locations around the world.

I received the PhD degree in 1995 from Helsinki University of Technology in Finland, major in applied artificial intelligence neural network technology in Bioprocess. I lived in both Finland and Denmark for the past 21 years. My unique background with both Chinese and Scandinavian culture has given me a very unique view of product experiences, hands-on skills on project implementation and completion. I have worked at Nokia the last 15 years been nominated as an exceptional performer on several occasions.
