Electrical engineer

I am looking for a job where I can gain more experience in the field of electrical engineering, where I can grow with the company and apply my education to the work at hand.

Being punctual is important to me, I am a non-smoker and as an engineer I try to think in solutions. I enjoy taking on challenging projects and adapting to new technology. I am a team member and believe I will be a great addition to any team working in the field.

Although I don't have much experience in the field since I recently obtained a masters degree I do have some experience working for an engineering firm in Iceland. I worked for Verkís for over a year as an electric systems designer before I started my masters degree. This job and other jobs I have had during my studies have all contributed to my ability to being a team member.

Throughout my studies and from my own programming projects I have gained experience with few programming languages such as:
Java, Android, php, MySQL, python, C++ and Matlab.

My final thesis for my Msc was concerned with human-robot interaction and GUI in Android as a remote control to enforce remote play. Throughout the thesis work I got more experienced with Java and Android which are my main programming languages at the moment. The programming languages PHP and MySQL were also used.

I enjoy working on my own projects, I am a web-developer for a small website, which brings necessary information to those who plan on going to Roskilde festival.

I also enjoy sports and physical exercise. I play golf, football and basketball whenever I can and bike long distances regularly.
