With over a decade of experience in a tough and high-competitive international industry, has gained a good understanding of software (SW) and hardware (HW) and played a key role in development of around 15 complex products

Competence profile:

- Hardware design, integration and validation

• Years of experience as HW (mobile phones) developer - responsible for schematic and PWB, ESD, EMC, UI elements, concept design, test and verification, build and mass production issues.
• Knowledgeable within signal integrity, impedances, line filtering, energy management chip integration, HW/SW
  interfaces, type approval, reliability, product safety and aftermarket process.
• Experienced in product validation including measurements, mock-ups, test management, laboratory arrangement, automatization, requirements handling, error solving, documentation and presentation.

- Thermal design and analysis

• Master (specialist) all aspects of development for a thermally reliable product including both concept (virtual design/ simulation) as well as verification phases.

• Excellent understanding of thermodynamics, heat exchange and thermal property of solid bodies.

• Experienced in international requirements for safety and comfort and applications in mobile handset.

• Competitor analysis and market research including tear-down studies, consumer interviews, forums observation and statistical tools.

- Energy and power management

• Experienced in energymanagement, user profile, charging and energy source.

• Knowledgeable within battery technologies, manufacturing, size and capacity specification.

• Experienced in regulator load estimation and supply line distribution.

- Technical Management

• Experienced within managing a small group of two technical competences one FEA (simulation) and one verification
  engineer.

• Managing and coaching of external partners in Taiwan (Foxconn engineers).

• Short experience (3 months) of being project manager for twelve technical resources such as Baseband and RF
  engineers.

- Others

• Strong focus on requirements and quality deliveries including risk management, prioritization and processes optimization.

• Proven analytical skills in seeing through the problems and finding the right solution keeping the schedule and cost.
