Xx has a degree in civil environmental engineering with a structural and geotechnical civil works curriculum. She achieved a master in management and design of transport systems expanding her skills of design and construction of rail transport systems and management of major traffic problems and line signals. Working for more than 10 years as an employee of Trenitalia (Ferrovie Group) and subsequently Capgemini, she has integrated engineering skills with those typically associated with project management, working in team, organization and analysis of processes specific to a professional consulting firm. This experience gives her multipurpose management skills and technical knowledge along with relational competencies. Deborah is a project and process engineer in its broadest sense, including aspects concerning methodology analysis and management achieved on Information technology sector and the industry plants.
