Incident Management & Remedy Rollout "Black Belt" with a human touch.

During the last 2 years I have implemented the companys incident management process and Remedy in +20 countries. My role has been responsible for project management and training of my local IT colleagues together with resources from local IT in Sweden and the UK. To keep up momentum in a project this long focus on continual improvement is crucial - whether it is testing music during the training, improved work packages or changing the project meeting structure.

Since we started working on the incident management process in 2008, I have had the opportunity to learn about the fascinating world of ITIL. Gaining better understanding of ITIL and exchanging experiences with other ITIL fans have been a great experience - getting the ITIL V3 Expert certificate just before Christmas felt really good.

A sense of humor and a genuine interest in people and how to motive have been a great help, when working in an internal IT organization that has only started the ITIL journey.

I enjoy being with my family, gardening, cooking and have come to understand that I also need a certain level of exercise to keep sane (running mostly), so it is a good thing that I enjoy being busy.
