Development Project Coordinator/Technical assistant

Methodical person with a natural overview and technical insight
As Development Project Coordinator for IWS, you will be coordinating technical development projects integrating both internal (Getinge Group) and external equipment/solutions with the IWS product solution range (clinical logistics/patient flow solutions, sterile goods management solutions and OR integration solutions).
You will facilitate meetings between team members, relevant internal stakeholders in the IWS organization and at times external stakeholders (e.g. Health Care providers and Med Tech companies), participate, document, share outcomes and report on the different projects as well as keeping track on resources allocated and spent.
As technical assistant you will also participate in actual project tasks like installations, testing and documentation, and be prepared to carry out other ad hoc tasks related to the projects. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Equipment and Component Technology.
Experienced coordinator with a structured approach
You have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role with project coordination/management preferably in an international environment. In addition, you have a minimum of 3 years education within either computer science, information technology or similar type of technical background.
You are motivated by being a focal point of highly technical development projects, by keeping track on many different tasks simultaneously and by communicating with many different stakeholders on a daily level.
As a person you are outgoing and well structured. You enjoy working in a fast moving environment, and you are a profound open and involving team player able to get commitment from the project team members. Due to the team´s international interface, it is important that you both speak and write English on a high professional level.
