Graduate Customer Care Analyst

The Programme:

Deltek is seeking exceptional recent graduates to learn Maconomy ERP and build a solid foundation in the Customer Care Organisation. You will be part of an intensive 12-week global training cohort that will include classroom and real world on-the-job experiences. You will work with your peers to learn Deltek’s business with a focus on ERP software. By the end of the training, you will be responsible for providing quality software support to Deltek clients via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet.   

The Requirements:

  • Multilingual Entry-level professional; must be fluent in Danish (Norwegian is a bonus!)
  • Four-year completed degree in Accounting or related degree with business focus
  • Core understanding of Accounting/Finance principles
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Prior business internship experience highly desired
  • Technology-oriented, coachable and open to change
  • Builds and fosters cross-functional relationships
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrates customer-focus, collaboration, results-driven, and passion
  • Works in a fast-paced, learning, and hands-on environment
     

The Candidate:

  • Degree level educated
  • Fluent in Danish
  • Customer Care experience would be advantageous
  • Enthusiasm, Ambition, drive, determination to succeed and resilience are all essential
