Would you like to work in a company where delivering the right quality is key to providing IT solutions and services? Join a fast-growing IT company and become a part of the NNIT success. NNIT’s vision is to be recognized as Denmark's preferred IT outsourcing partner and a leading international IT partner dedicated to life sciences.
Your responsibilities as Quality Specialist
You will be trusted with a key role in NNIT, with the opportunity to work across and directly influence the entire global operation. The services and projects cover a wide range of IT services, delivered to life science customers for whom documented quality according to good practice is a must. You will continually develop your competencies within quality and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate is able to:
- Act as QA for quality issues, e.g. nonconformities and customer complaints. Verify that continual improvement process requirements are met for quality issue handling. Collaborate with colleagues in NNIT line of business that are responsible for handling a quality issue.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of our quality management system, relevant standards and regulations.
- Contribute to producing periodic management reporting on quality & security topics.
- Identify and implement service improvements within the services that QA provides to NNIT’s line of business.
You will join our Quality Assurance team
We care deeply about the needs of NNIT’s customers, and we bring this passion into the QA work we do.
In the NNIT QA team, your involvement will directly contribute to the success of our quality and security mind-set across all business divisions and affiliates of NNIT. The life science segment is our main focus area.
You will work with quality specialists in NNIT offices in Denmark, Czech Republic and China, in an integrated team. In Denmark, the QA team consists of 5 quality specialists, working on individual projects and tasks. We take pride in collaborating and improving, both locally and across offices.
NNIT QA is part of the Quality and Security area in NNIT staff functions.
Your qualifications and experience
You hold a bachelor or master’s degree from university. Your educational specialization is not paramount. The essential thing is that you have experience with quality.
It is an advantage if you have experience with at least one of the following: Quality assurance within IT projects or operations, ISO 9001 quality management systems, documented certifications in e.g. ISO 9001 lead auditor, GxP requirements for IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry, or other regulated industries.
You are a strong team player, have a "business first" mind-set and enjoy working in a sometimes hectic environment where tasks and priorities can change. Strong communication skills and an advisory mind-set is a true integrated part of your profile. You are robust under pressure at critical points in projects or day-to-day operation, and able to maintain the focus on quality.
Very good spoken and written English is required, as formal communications and documentation will often be in English. It will be an advantage, but not a requirement, that you understand Danish.
We interview candidates continuously. Therefore we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
