Description

This is your opportunity to join a small and business-focused IT implementation team with end-to-end ownership of complex IT projects within a truly global organisation. In this role, you consolidate knowledge and requirements across international business units to ensure a coherent and optimal implementation of our ERP system.

Join our Enterprise IT implementation team 

At Radiometer, we have recently launched several complex business transformation initiatives triggering multiple software implementations across our 32 global sales subsidiaries and production companies. As part of this transformation, you will join our Enterprise IT implementation team. Here, you help ensure a coherent and optimal implementation flow, based on careful consideration of local and global objectives, resources and dependencies.

Facilitate collaboration and consolidate knowledge 

As a business analyst at Radiometer, you play a vital role in consolidating corporate knowledge and creating consensus between stakeholders across our global business. Using and learning about the principles of Lean management, you play a vital role in optimising our internal processes and defining our implementation procedures. Moreover, you serve as a bridge between our technical development teams and the business, as you:

  • Facilitate requirement workshops and interviews with relevant business stakeholders
  • Conduct analyses of everything from standard operating procedures (SOPs), project and system documentation and workflows as well as identify gaps
  • Document output of workshops and analyses through requirement specifications, PowerPoints, system/process workflows as well as training materials
  • Organise, specify and model the requirements to ensure that they are complete and unambiguous
  • Ensure that the requirements mapped correlate to the real business needs, are approved by all relevant stakeholders and meet essential quality standards
     

Collaborate across cultures and borders 

We are currently 15 internal employees and consultants in the Enterprise IT organisation, and you will be working alongside a project manager. Many of your colleagues and project co-workers will be located in subsidiaries across the globe. As you travel close to 80 days a year, these colleagues will be your key sparring partners – but it is your job to drive and facilitate joint delivery of project artefacts.

Qualifications

Experienced analyst with knowledge of ERP implementation

  • You hold a master’s or B.Sc. degree in IT, engineering, business or equivalent.
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within a multinational corporation.
  • You are knowledgeable about working with process transformation through IT projects.
  • You have experience with Dynamics AX project implementation (alternatively SAP) with a focus on sales, inventory, purchasing and finance.
  • You speak and write English fluently.

Using your analytical talent and strong business understanding, you gather information from across the organisation, knowing that a systematic and team-oriented approach will help you guide you to the relevant data.
