The MLIT Operations vertical currently has over 80 employees across the world, with most of our team concentrated in Copenhagen and Algeciras in Spain.
Created about 3 years ago to support the liner shipping operations business function, we are in close contact with our business counterparts to improve the way we operate our vessels and transport millions of containers worldwide each year.
You will be assessing existing and designing future application landscape as well as gathering functional & technical requirements for solution, advising on trade-offs prior to final solution specification.
You will be reviewing vendor proposals/RFP responses and providing recommendations to the business on solutions, taking into account any cross-functional impact.
Other tasks will include:
- Reviewing and approving UAT scenarios and training materials
- Reviewing testing approach and materials to ensure business requirements are met
- Interaction with infrastructure teams to size platform and support provisioning of hosting/hardware
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have extensive Solution Delivery experience and be a Subject matter expert in specific software. You have solid experience in managing design, business processes or enterprise functional architecture or manage overall IT enterprise strategy. It is furthermore important that you have not only worked on internal architecture for a single application but have also looked at interfaces and interaction between multiple systems. Also experience with use of package systems, not only custom development is a necessity.
You have a strong process oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail together with an analytical mindset.
You possess excellent communications skills - ensuring high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal team members.
You are a resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment and thrive in an international environment.
