As part of our IT Service Management Office (SMO) in Global IT you will work together with other process consultants implementing new processes and continuously improving existing processes. From your base in our offices in Hedehusene near Copenhagen Denmark, you will collaborate with colleagues across the entire global IT organization.
Process Consultant responsibilities:
- Act as a catalyst for innovating how we work and collaborate
- Proactively identify and manage continuous process improvements
- Make sure that our processes are fit for purpose and fit for use
Skills and qualifications:
You have the ability to work as part of a team and you have an outgoing personality that enables you to build strong relationships, and collaborate across the entire organization. In addition, you are proactive and able to drive workshops and act like a catalyst for continuous process improvement.
You must have demonstrated analytical skills and a solid understanding of work in an IT organization. You must be self-driven and able to keep several balls in the air. Furthermore, the position requires the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast paced global environment that may require work outside of normal business hours to cater for global time zones. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in both English and Danish are a prerequisite.
Furthermore, we emphasize the following qualifications:
- ITIL accreditation or extensive ITIL experience
- Project management experience
- Experience with process supporting tools e.g. ITSM tools, portals, flow tools
About IT Service Management Office
The IT Service Management Office is a part of the IT Services department (ITS). ITS supports the operation of all global IT services assuring high availability and performance of the services by keeping the IT infrastructure current and compliant. We are approximately 300 dedicated employees primarily placed in Denmark, USA, South Africa, Poland and the Philippines. You will be working with the entire Global IT organisation that consists of more than 1200 employees across the entire globe.
