FOSS is currently in the process of determining the “Next Generation” CRM platform of the company and are looking for a strong CRM profile for the Business Applications team to ensure a successful execution, implementation and subsequent maintenance process.
The Business Applications team’s main focus is to develop and maintain value adding solutions to support FOSS business within the platforms SAP ERP & CRM, SharePoint and Sitecore. Today FOSS operates SAP ECC 6.0 supporting most of the business processes and SAP CRM 7.0 with Mobility using Syclo as platforms for mobile service engineers. However, FOSS is currently in the process of determining the “Next Generation” CRM and BI platforms within the company.
As a CRM Business Relationship Consultant you will play a key role in developing and improving the processes to be supported by the platform, determining the future platform itself, as well as in ensuring continuous development of the platform to support the business requirements.
You will be working closely with colleagues in IT as well as in Line of Business.
- Project Management of the “Next Generation” CRM project
- Conduct analysis and develop specifications
- Customization, design and implementation
- Testing and documentation
- Develop and implement change requests
- Train and support process experts
- Proactively advise business counterparts on best practise solutions
- You have thorough CRM experience (+4 years), preferably from international organisations
- You have a strong understanding of platforms like SAP, Sitecore, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Danish work permit is a requirement for this job
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Scandinavian languages is an advantage
