IT Senior Consultant, IT Sales Solutions

We are looking for an experienced process- and business oriented IT Senior Consultant to take on a strategic role in an international IT department.
You become part of the IT Sales Solutions department which is responsible for delivering and maintaining all BESTSELLER’s corporate IT solutions within the business core capabilities of sales. The department is one out of six business specialized development groups in IT BUILD, which employs more than 100 ambitious colleagues.

We face one of the world’s largest and most ambitious implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations, aimed to align and accelerate our way of doing fashion business. The platform will cover all core business capabilities, all brands and all our global markets.
As IT Senior Consultant, your goal is to know, configure and implement the standard Sales functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations, bringing it gently but determined into new standard processes and ways of working in BESTSELLER. You will work closely with IT Consultants from other capability areas as well as the relevant business Process Leads from our brands and markets.
Additionally, your responsibilities include:
- Ongoing dialogue and cooperation with key stakeholders across IT, our brands and markets
- Endorsing agile delivery and business change methods in your department
- Continuously developing the skills of your colleagues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations.
You probably have experience working as a Senior Consultant in the partner channel or as an internal consultant in a larger international company. Additionally, you have:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and business processes covering Sales & Marketing and Accounts Receivable
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Distribution
- Experience with defining, aligning and changing business processes via embracing and agile configuration methods
- Insight into generic business processes such as product development, sales, buying and logistics
- Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken
You are a strong communicator dedicated to understanding and empowering business processes by building good IT solutions together with your colleagues.
You will have a broad cooperation within the entire IT function as well as across the business, both in Denmark and globally. Here, you create insights, understanding and acceptance of your department’s priorities, capacity and choice of solutions. Therefore, it is important that you are a strong diplomat, who can navigate and collaborate with both top leaders in the organisation as well as other levels and parts of the business.
You have the right amount of authority and professional credibility, enabling you to build and earn a position, where your colleagues respect you as a natural professional. With your participatory behaviour, you will take part in supporting the entire department, which is robust and rated as best within their field.
