Can you make enterprise software user friendly?
TIA is looking for a strong UX/UI designer fueled by the impact you make, and with a genuine interest in mission critical enterprise software with a user-centric design approach. You will be part of the development team which creates the TIA solution – standard software and services providing the foundation for the digital journey of insurance companies to meet their requirements for business efficiency.
We are currently embarking on a project to deliver new SaaS offerings using the latest technologies and we need a person with proven design experience to lead the way.
About the role
At TIA Technology, you will get a unique opportunity to define how we should work with UX and UI design. Based on solid user research and usability testing, you will be the key person, defining and designing the user experience from initial idea to final product. In between this, we expect that you can turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups quickly in an agile environment and later create attractive design prototypes and other communication artifacts.
As our new UX designer you work closely with the product owners, product management and the development teams to ensure that your ideas are being turned into an actual product based on solid customer and user feedback.
We expect that you have at least 3-5 years of design experience for enterprise software/services demonstrated by a strong portfolio. This is important both in terms of demonstrating your experience and your ability to create a compelling design presentation. We will focus on your ability to gather user and customer feedback sufficient to choose between a solid collection of outcomes and design intermediaries and deliverables (especially flows, mockups, and prototypes). You should be able to work independently and with product owners based on UX/UI design principles and patterns. Solid skills turning wireframes etc. into HTML/CSS are required.
TIA Technology is an international company with highly qualified and dedicated employees. We want to make a difference to the global insurance industry by offering proven, leading edge software and services to our customers, thereby enabling them to achieve and sustain business advantages. We value knowledge sharing and the work environment is informal and non-hierarchical. For the right person, there is extensive opportunity to develop personally and professionally, to get involved and to have an impact on the TIA product, our work methods and our culture.
