You organise maintenance and support activities for SAP sales platform, CRM and C4C
As an IT Service Coordinator, you are the link between the business and external vendors. Your responsibility includes maintenance and support for our SAP Sales platform which covers template differences across countries and CRM including C4C. You will carry out coordination activities across the entire service as e.g. control of service requests, incidents, change proposals and problem management. You will also be a part of our support set-up for relevant systems and work with incidents and service requests.
You validate incoming change proposals and through clever organisation of the changes, you secure faster time to market. In this way, you will be the coordinating link between our Line of Business stakeholders, IT Architects, Consultants, IT Operations and application maintenance vendors. To succeed, you build trust towards your stakeholders and vendors i.a. through status meetings and follow-up.
Self-starter with team-spirit
You have a minimum of three years of experience working with complex IT service delivery in an international environment. Even though you focus on zero break-down, you are also flexible and agile in your attitude, and you strive for quality and simplicity in your work and solutions. You are fully aware that this job requires that you follow procedures according to ITIL and best practices.
It is essential that you are a self-starter with an independent approach to problem solving and, of course, an ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously and still meet the deadlines. Excellent coordination and communication skills are required to work proactively with our stakeholders, challenging where necessary to ensure best service and value for money. You thrive well in a virtual environment working across nationalities, and you speak English fluently.
