Senior Business Change Manager, Member Relations Transformation Programme

If so, you are already well on your way towards your new job as Senior Manager in the Member Relations (MR) Programme in Arla IT, based in Aarhus.
Plan and drive change
Your main task will be to lead the change management effort across the program through professional change management execution at leadership team level, in the line organization as well as in the specific projects.
A vital key to success is your ability to drive, influence and facilitate the change journey at all levels in the organisation and your excellent stakeholder management skills. In overview your primary tasks will be to:
- Lead the change management planning and execution across the MR Programme, individual projects and our leadership teams in the organization
- Initiate and execute change management plans with clearly defined requirements and deliverables
- Coach and support project teams as well as members of the line organization and their leadership teams
- Ensure appropriate training and knowledge transfer for all key stakeholders
- Analyse and assess the scope for change at the project/programme level.
You will travel approx. 15-20 days per year to meet colleagues and partners around the world.
Change management professional with leadership and communication skills
Your career has provided you with several years of experience from driving Business Change Management programmes, and you are familiar with Kotter’s Change Model and/or Prosci’s ADKAR. As such, you are fully capable of ensuring a strong focus on planning, the right coordination, genuine change leadership, relevant training and communications as well as excellent stakeholder management. In addition, you know your way around an organisation and are an expert in addressing organisational, tactical, strategic & executive level in the organisation.
On the personal level you bring strong leadership qualities, and the combination of your business knowledge and communication skills enables you to explain complex material in a logical and easily understandable way.
Arla IT has recently embarked on an agile journey, so ideally you have experience with agile working methods and are able to coach team members and pro-actively help the team to succeed.
Finally, you must be good at English, spoken and written.
