Experienced Mobility Service Manager for Corporate IT

About the department
Client Services is part of Corporate IT in Novo Nordisk, which employs approx. 400 highly skilled IT professionals. The department with 13 engaged employees is responsible for Service Management of global end-user facing IT services. Among other things, we support virtual collaboration solutions, provide mobile device solutions and manage desktops and software distribution. We are dedicated to deliver optimal IT services supporting the Novo Nordisk users in creating value.
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager for our mobility services. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our mobility services and strategy. Your focus areas will be within Global Enterprises Mobility, Enterprise Mobility Management, Mobile Infrastructure, App Management and IT Security in general.
As a IT Service Manager, you will work closely with the other IT Service Managers and IT Architects across the Global IT organisation.
This job requires that you can transform business needs into IT requirements and services, and that you can explain technology trends and recommend principles for global use.
Furthermore you will be working closely with vendors and service providers.
The ideal candidate holds a Master Degree in IT or another relevant field and has a proven track record with solid technical understanding of and experience with global enterprises mobility from a global organisation.
As a person you are considered as an energetic, enthusiastic and engaging team player, who also manages to work independently and have a high level of integrity and accountability. You thrive in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment. You are structured and can apply a methodical and analytical approach to solving tasks and have a strong sense of responsibility for meeting objectives.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are a prerequisite.
