As an Implementation & Application Specialist your main goal is to ensure that Getinge’s customers get their return of investments and at the same time comply to local and international standards via using the IWS software solutions in the best possible way. You will be a part of IWS’ global Implementation & Application Service team, consisting of 17 dedicated members who are all experts in one of the IWS software solutions (TEGRIS, INSIGHT and T-DOC). In this position, your main focus will be on T-DOC solutions, but the other solutions will also become part of your skill set in time.
As the rest of the T-DOC team, you will become an expert in T-DOC´s many functions in order to help and advice the customers to solve their challenges and questions. You will do this by visiting the customers at the hospitals to supervise and train users in the systems and provide support, as well as you will be answering calls from customers in need of support.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- T-DOC installations on-site
- System configurations, including configurations of SQL server and T-DOC configuration
- Software updates/upgrades, including coordinating with the local IT personnel
- Become trainer of the IWS product lines including development of course material
- Part of global team to support all over the world and perform installations and implementations where there is a request made by the sales region
In this role, you will be part of a team that solves challenges both nationally and internationally. Your tasks will vary depending on the customer, and it is therefore important that you take joy in exciting new challenges. This position is based in Getinge’s Copenhagen office, but also offers up to 20 % of your time travelling nationally and internationally.
Knowledge of application software and health care solutions
We expect you to have an education within IT combined with profound experience in application support and customer relations. Furthermore, you have a solid understanding of IT systems and solutions, experience with network, implementation, and administration of servers (Microsoft) combined with great knowledge of SQL. As T-DOC is used at hospitals, it is important that you are interested in learning and understanding how the work flow is in this specific area.
You are outgoing and empathic, and you understand the importance of delivering an extraordinary customer support. You have great communication skills, which give you the ability to talk to and support our many users globally. When things get hectic, you are able to keep calm, and you have the ability to immerse yourself in specific technicalities. Because our users are situated all over the world, it is important that you write and speak English on a very high professional level.
