The position we offer
You will be part of an agile development team, responsible for building end-to-end solutions within the mortgage area covering design, code, test and implement existing and emerging technology platforms. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving code quality to ensure maintainability and changeability of our systems.
You offer support and feedback to colleagues and your manager in order to contribute to a positive and dynamic learning environment. You will work closely together with Nordea colleagues as well as external partners to contribute to an agile application development processes that will enable a smooth process.
Lastly, support and feedback is something you give and receive, in order to be a part of a positive and dynamic learning environment.
Since we are an international company, you must expect 20-30 travel days a year – mainly between Fredericia and Hoje Taastrup.
The qualifications you need
You will engage with many different stakeholders, so the person we are looking for, is an outgoing individual who is self-motivated and contributes to a good team spirit.
As a minimum you hold a Bachelor’s degree – possibly civil engineer specialized in software development, engineer with technical background, datamatician.
JAVA experience is a requirement and it will be an advantage if you have knowledge of Spring Boot, Vaadin, Hibernate, JPA, Rest/Swagger, Micro services, Kafka, Hadoop – and Clean Code.
The following points are also valuable to us:
- Experience with Clean Code and Domain Driven Design
- Working with and designing RESTful APIs (Swagger)
- Developing applications using Spring Framework
- Proficient in Hibernate, OracleDB and DB2
- Ability to understand business knowledge
