Business CIO, Head of IT, Investment Solutions & Advisory Centre
Investment Solutions & Advisory Centre (ISAC) is responsible for driving the savings business and the savings distribution in Nordea.
We are currently looking for a Head of IT who will also be a member of the Wealth Management IT top Management Group and relevant ISAC Management Team.
The position we offer
As Head of ISAC IT you will lead an organisation covering around 75 own IT developers, Project Managers and another around 55 Indian off-shoring developers. You will also be responsible for the IT outsourced operations and have 6 direct reports.
Main focus of the IT development is currently the implementation of a new digital Savings Strategy, where we in very close cooperation with savings domain specialist within ISAC develop online solutions to our customers where Robo advice is an integrated part but also solutions to support our advisors in their dialogue with our Customers e.g. Wealth and Income planning sessions.
We have embarked on an agile transformation (SAFe).
We have a high focus on user experiences and among other things accordingly a high focus on availability throughout our various online channels.
ISAC IT is located in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland and at our extended delivery centre in Mumbai.
Since the majority of our own people are located in Copenhagen it is required, that you can be present at this location minimum three days a week.
Some travel to the other locations must be foreseen.
The qualifications you need
The ideal candidate has an engaging personality and the ability to motivate the employees and communicate effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels from business as well as IT. You have strong management skills and have used your skills to deliver a number of successful transformations.
It is a prerequisite that you have experiences as leader of leaders and distance management.
We also expect:
- A solid IT background
- 5 years of experience of leading leaders
- Fluency in English
- Experience from the financial sector
Your career has helped you learn to navigate political environments and influence stakeholders to promote successful outcomes. With focus, will and tenacity you clear roadblocks to facilitate progress and get results.
You have a relevant educational background, the ability to communicate fluently in oral and written English.
Experience with agile methodologies and Indian off-shoring will be an advantage.
