CRM Manager

Become part of Kamstrup's sales and marketing organisation

You will be a part of Kamstrup's international sales and marketing organisation that is committed to contribute to Kamstrup's ambitious growth targets and achieve the vision of becoming the world's leading supplier of intelligent solutions for reading of energy and water consumption. You will be referring to a steering committee consisting of the global sales management and three representatives from Kamstrup's top management. With Global Marketing as your base, you will become part of a competent team working across the organisation, where you will be contributing to secure our continued growth.

As CRM Manager, you will be working closely with country managers, Kamstrup's IT team, including our MS CRM System Specialist, Kamstrup's online team, the global market communications team and the service department. You will have direct report from one employee, and dotted lines to a CRM team and a CRM super user organisation. Together, we will succeed in optimising processes to ensure better customer experiences and an increasing turnover per sales employee.

CRM Manager with a focus on creating growth

In the position as CRM Manager, you will be the driving force of optimizing our customer-oriented processes as well as defining the scope of process support in Kamstrup's CRM system.

As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, design and implementing best practice within sales, marketing and service processes on a global level across all business areas
  • Defining roadmap for process and system development within customer oriented processes - primarily supported in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Acting as project manager in relation to 1-2 year process and system development projects, after which you will have the responsibility of implementing the processes internationally
  • Training super users
  • Planning and coordinating sales training with external trainers
  • Monitor data quality and process usage and escalate when a desired state is not met

You will get a broad international network and will be working closely together with the IT department and external partners.

You should expect around 30 to 60 travel days a year.

Personality matters

We are looking for a professionally skilled and ambitious person with a deep knowledge of sales, marketing and service processes, coming from a similar position. Experience with B2B sales is an advantage. In addition, we expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2013 or later versions
  • Been working in an international B2B organisation for a minimum of 5 years, ideally with sales to utilities

Furthermore, it is important that you can present a positive track record in change management and implementation.

As a person, you are robust and capable of maintaining the overview in a busy schedule with many different tasks. You are able to work structured and independently with your tasks, while also enjoying cooperating with your colleagues. As you will be responsible for education and training, it is important that you possess great communication skills and are capable of communicating with different groups.

It is a requirement that you both speak and write Danish and English fluently. A general understanding of German would be an advantage in the job, but is not a requirement.
