Project Manager for Business application and Support

Due to growth in Systematic, we are strengthening our IT organisation, especially the leadership of it. To do so the organisation will be reorganised and more leadership competences added. The position as Project manager for internal IT delivery is one of these key positions.
Therefore Systematic seeks a strong, experienced, and energetic leader, who wants to become part of our IT team leading the Business application and Support team, ensuring delivery of IT services and project to our Business at agreed time, quality and cost.
Overall, you will lead the internal IT Business application: service desk, application team and internal IT-project management a total of nine FTE’s and you will report to our Director of ITM.
You will have the responsibility to manage the System landscape/System architecture, set the architectural direction, and define roadmap for your area. You will ensure close cooperation with Line of business as well as IT infrastructure and operations, monitor everyday operations of and provide support for Business applications as agreed with our business.
You will ensure the execution of IT-project deliverables within time, budget and scope.
In close cooperation with the Servicedesk manager ensure that the servicedesk will deliver according to agreed KPI’s, have high user satisfaction and continuous improve our IT services.
You will lead a team of four IT-professionals and one Servicedesk manager.
Your skills and personality
We expect that you have relevant higher education or other business education combined with experience from a similar position. You have experience in managing IT-projects in a dynamic environment with fixed deadlines, and are able to keep calm during a busy workday. You have strong leadership skills as well as experiences with coaching, development and motivation of employees.

- Have experience from earlier positions, preferably from a Software company or an IT service provider
- Have practical experience in Project management and customization/configuration of some of our major application platforms
- Have strong communications skills on all levels
- Some years of experience with personnel management
