Project Manager for Customer Operation Service Delivery

Due to growth in Systematic, we are strengthening our IT organisation, especially the leadership of it. To do so the organisation will be reorganised and more leadership competences added. The position as Project manager for external operation delivery is one of these key positions.
Therefore Systematic seeks a strong and energetic leader who has proven experience in management of IT operation outsourcing contracts, who is a great communicator, and who has strong project management skills.
As a Project Manager for Customer Operation Service delivery, your main focus will be to sharpen our current service delivery setup, ensuring customer and business project satisfaction and execution of IT operation/infrastructure implementation projects. You will lead a team of seven skilled professionals within the department.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Customers infrastructure architecture
- Operation and Infrastructure Service delivery management
- Responds to tenders
- Contract management for operation contract with our customers
- Project management for the operation part of new customer contracts.
As part of your job, you will act as the single point of contact between IT operations and business projects. You will manage the service delivery of IT operation together with business projects and ensure correct Customer reporting for IT operation. As our new Project Manager you will also be responsible to ensure that the execution of IT-project deliverables within time, budget and scope.
Your skills and personality
We expect that you have relevant higher education or other business education combined with experience from a similar position. You have experience in managing IT-projects in a dynamic environment with fixed deadlines. You are analytical and structured and manage to keep your head cold even in pressured situations. You are a great team player who works independently, but know exactly when to inform your peers.
You should apply for this job if you:
- Have experience from earlier positions, preferably from a Software company or an IT service provider
- Have practical experience in delivering critical IT services, preferably IT operation, to customers, and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Have strong communications skills on all levels
- Some years of experience with personnel management
- Experience with coaching, development and motivation of employees.
Last but not least, you have a good drive, good business sense, and you set the bar high. You have a motivating and involved management style - and want to continuously develop yourself and your team.
