IT Supporter – O365 Specialist

Provide end user support in SharePoint and Office 365

As our new IT Supporter, you will join a team of 7 in our IT department. Together, you will manage, support, maintain and upgrade the IT structure and communication systems for our global offices. We have about 200 users and 25 systems, and some of your work will consist of providing remote support for colleagues outside of Denmark.

Your focus will be on SharePoint and Office 365 as well as other Microsoft products as you:

  • provide first and second level support
  • handle incidents through our management system SAManage
  • trouble shoot and elevate issues to e.g. our Citrix hosting provider
  • do software and hardware installations (we use SCCM)
  • ensure that documentation and guidelines are updated
  • lead and train small user groups in Sharepoint/O365 best practice

SharePoint experience and great communication skills

To enjoy and do well in this position, you preferably have knowledge of server administration and experience with end-user support. But most importantly, you:

  • have strong knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft products, in general
  • understand Active Directory groups and policies
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently

As you will be in daily contact with people from many different nationalities and from various levels of our organization, it is vital that you are outgoing and have excellent communication skills. Your cross-cultural understanding enables you to handle any situation in a professional manner with respect to cultural differences – and you are always responsive to receive and provide feedback.
