In 2013 Mellanox Technologies purchased the Danish company IPtronics; a leading fabless designhouse specialized in low-power, high-speed analog integrated circuits for fiber-optic interconnect solutions enabling datarates at 10G, 40G and 100G with primary focus on large-scale solutions for business. IPtronics’ office is located in Roskilde and is Mellanox’ primary R&D center In Europe. Since the purchase, Mellanox has quadrupled the staff in Roskilde.
This growth continues and Mellanox is seeking a Design Automation Engineer.
Mellanox Technologies is looking for software/computer engineer to develop tools for the R&D group.
The position includes developing and supporting software tools used by the Backend design group, solving challenging design problems using innovative approaches and software development, and being an EDA tools and backend flows expert.
Working on the most advanced technologies, Mellanox backend team has been confronting interesting and complex challenges, and has taped-out many devices with unmatched quality and great success.
- Define and develop state-of-the-art in-house tools for the R&D.
- Drive technologies solutions and design automation for chip design engineering processes.
- Release tools to engineering teams, including documentation, training and support.
- Involved the R&D methodologies to ensure optimal utilization and implementation.
- Computer Science or Software/Computer Engineering.
- Programming skills and knowledge of C/C++ or Python.
- Personal: Fast ramp up, quick learning, high motivation, independent.
