Carlsberg Global Business Services is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions and markets in the Carlsberg Group. This includes business process design, system solutions, shared services and system operations. Global Business Services employs approx. 750 people. A tight collaboration with the local markets is established in all three regions; Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia. Carlsberg Global Business Services is situated in Hellerup.
Your new role
This role is a key strategic position to contribute to business objectives and overall security by understanding and reducing risks to the business while maintaining a helicopter perspective. Through this role you will protect the Group from threats and thereby guard the Carlsberg brand. You will work in an international team who provides the technical focus with a combination of strong communicative skills and a strategic mindset.
You will be a subject matter expert who withholds global accountability for the architecture and design of Active Directory, ADFS, AAD Connect and Azure AD. Within these areas you will provide technical support and advice to the department as well as various organisations across the Group, the Carlsberg business and its suppliers.
Within the Security & Access Management discipline, you will be the primary expert for the Group. You will be in direct contact with key stakeholders such as other IT employees, business users, management, project managers, and other functional experts. You will act as trusted advisor and partner and will undoubtedly be involved in all areas of the business.
Your areas of responsibility will therefore involve leading the high-level design and architectural standards of Active Directory Infrastructure, ADFS, AAD Connect and Azure AD. Furthermore, you will drive a strong understanding and ability to leverage technology to achieve the ‘principle of least privilege’. You will communicate with internal GBS teams, third-party vendors and stakeholders as you will own and lead discussions in business- and technical information technology solutions and implementations. Additionally, you will support the overall IT goals and objectives including measures and projects.
What you´ll need to succeed
The Carlsberg Group is looking for someone who can link Active Directory skills to the business reality and effect real change in both technology and people behaviour by combining your specialist skills. You bring a personal drive and an ability to work well in a small team. You are able to act as a technical translator for the business and you have strong English capabilities both verbal and written.
You will supplement this with relevant experience within architecture, designing and troubleshooting AD solutions in a large-scale multi-site environment. You have a solid knowledge within Microsoft Active Directory administration and migration and Windows server Operating Systems, including proficiency with Windows Hyper-V. You are able to perform root cause analysis and determine appropriate course of action based on result. Additionally, you bring an understanding and a strong track record in working with risk management practises.
