Senior Systems Administrator
Are you our new Senior System Administrator in Svendborg?
As our new Senior System Administrator in Group IT you will be part of the team that is setting up new training facilities worldwide and constantly evaluating our IT infrastructure to support the organization for the challenges of tomorrow.
You will also support our global IT Support as second/third level support. You will work out of Svendborg, Denmark. We have an informal environment where we focus on supporting the organization to perform better based on IT structure and systems. You will be working with the newest technologies within IT systems and a growing enterprise system design.
Active securing a safe and secure setup of all IT equipment and installations according to Group IT Security Policy.
- Second/third level IT system administration
- Second level applications support in all applications used worldwide
- Upgrading and installation of systems and infrastructure
- Evaluate system performance and produce change management procedure
- Evaluate IT architecture and strategy
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person with at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Server technology and network infrastructure. The key point is that you are highly motivated to achieve results and complete running projects.
We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:
- Must be highly self-driven and result oriented
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
- Experience in Microsoft Server/SQL/Exchange/Office 365/Azure
- Knowledge of Microsoft and/or VMware Virtualization
- Knowledge of PRINCE2 project management
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Service minded with a high professional and personal drive
- A structured way of working, showing attention to detail
