Bridge agile development with stabile operations
As a Change & Release Manger, you are responsible for the transition of changes from our agile development process into stable operations. You will collaborate closely with the delivery organisation to ensure our deliveries are on time and in good quality. Moreover, you facilitate communication with the business on the prioritisation of changes for upcoming releases and ensure the change process is followed. Bridging development and operations, you:
- create and coordinate release planning across our portfolio of systems
- design and implement KPIs and dashboards to control and monitor the change process
- coordinate migration and hyper care activities for major releases
- follow up on projects with vendors and external consultants working for Road IT
- improve and implement processes to reduce administrative tasks.
A strong interest in agile development and change management
Managing multiple releases in different stages, you need the ability to work with parallel processes. With your structured way of working, you create overviews of complex situations to make sure you get the details right. You may not have extensive experience, but you enjoy working independently and can identify the most important tasks without direct instruction. Additionally, you have:
- a relevant degree within IT or business
- a keen interest in agile development, preferably also the Atlassian software suite (JIRA)
- knowledge of ITIL framework
- great communication skills, and speak and write English and Danish fluently.
