Change & Release Manager

Do you want to work with agile development?

Embark on an international career with great possibilities of making a difference as you help implement change, release and transition management in a large, transformational IT programme.

You will become part of our Road IT Europe department, where we develop and maintain IT systems to keep 20,000 trucks and 10,000 people working efficiently. Join us to help deliver great products to our business.

Bridge agile development with stabile operations

As a Change & Release Manger, you are responsible for the transition of changes from our agile development process into stable operations. • design and implement KPIs and dashboards to control and monitor the change process
  • coordinate migration and hyper care activities for major releases
  • follow up on projects with vendors and external consultants working for Road IT
  • improve and implement processes to reduce administrative tasks.

A strong interest in agile development and change management

Managing multiple releases in different stages, you need the ability to work with parallel processes. With your structured way of working, you create overviews of complex situations to make sure you get the details right. You may not have extensive experience, but you enjoy working independently and can identify the most important tasks without direct instruction. Additionally, you have:

  • a relevant degree within IT or business
  • a keen interest in agile development, preferably also the Atlassian software suite (JIRA)
  • knowledge of ITIL framework
  • great communication skills, and speak and write English and Danish fluently.

You will become part of an international team with 40 highly motivated people from across Europe, working primarily one of our main locations in Hedehusene, Denmark or Warsaw, Poland. You will be part of a dynamic and informal environment, where people speak their minds and strive to improve every day. This allows us to move fast, stay ahead and face challenges head-on. This is the DSV way.

“We expect a lot from each other – but we are also really good at having fun and helping each other out. If you like a challenging and constantly changing environment, this is the place to be,” elaborates Senior Manager Christian Nilaus.
